Support the implementation of the ContactCentre Strategy; participate and provide expertise and ideas

  • Manage the Contact Centre Software,including users, permissions, configurations and automations
  • Coordinate and manage the development andcreation of all operational documentation and content associatedwith the contact centre, such as training manuals, technicalguides, frequently asked questions and canned responses etc.
  • Participate in the continuous qualityimprovement and data-driven decision-making processes to assess theefficiency, including reporting and data analysis
  • Be the Contact Centre focal point andcoordinate constant cooperation with the rest of the WorkforceTeam
  • Provide support to allvolunteer contact channels, including emails, phone call and whatsapp
  • Be end-to-end coordinator forthe contact centre project deliveries; ensure smooth communication,coordination and cooperation with internal and external involvedparties;
  • Train and coordinate agroup of staff and volunteers
  • Gaina good understanding of the Workforce Management Systems to assistin resolving common volunteer issues and requests
  • Provide ancillary support for other teammembers and supporting colleagues as needed or requested
  • General :

  • Adapt to theneeds of the role as per the SC evolution
  • Perform any other duties assigned by thesupervisor directly related or relevant to thejob
