A leading Boutique day spa is in need for a Female HR & Admin Assistant ManagerRoles and Responsibilities : - Identify staffing needs of branches and source candidates, arrange interviews, performance reference check, recruit, preparing offer letters, and arrange with PRO for sponsorship formalities / residency.
Conduct periodical pay surveys from competitive companies.- Maintain record of all staff, joiners and leavers.- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR & Admin Assistant (essential).Comprehensive understanding of the Qatar Labor Law rules and regulations.
Excellent HR administration and people management skills.Excellent conflict management and decision-making skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as negotiation skills.
Ability to multi-task, works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Meticulous attention to detail.
