A leading Boutique day spa is in need for a Female HR & Admin Assistant ManagerRoles and Responsibilities : - Identify staffing needs of branches and source candidates, arrange interviews, performance reference check, recruit, preparing offer letters, and arrange with PRO for sponsorship formalities / residency.

  • Handle recruitment agencies professionally and renew contracts if needed.- Handle the onboarding process, arrange the accommodation, transportation and training needs.
  • Handle all employees’ relations professionally, counselling, disciplinary actions, and monitor the timely completion of job performance evaluation.
  • Maintain all staff data on file and digitally. Ensure updated employee files including QIDs, health certificates, leave records, disciplinary actions, air tickets, end of service, completion of trainings.
  • etc.- Ensure legal compliance with the Labor Law of Qatar, MOIC regulations, staff accommodation, and branches. Checks adherence of branches and reports accordingly.
  • Responsible for renewals of all business / work / premises permits and contracts.- Responsible for maintenance issues of all premises including accommodation.
  • Manage and monitor PRO, drivers and cleaners and monitor their adherence to rules and regulation.- Monitor payroll, compensation benefits, final settlement in liaison with the Senior Accountant.
  • Conduct periodical pay surveys from competitive companies.- Maintain record of all staff, joiners and leavers.- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.

  • Keep up to date the latest HR policies, best practices and labor law of Qatar.Job Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR & Admin Assistant (essential).Comprehensive understanding of the Qatar Labor Law rules and regulations.

    Excellent HR administration and people management skills.Excellent conflict management and decision-making skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as negotiation skills.

    Ability to multi-task, works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.

    Fantastic organizational and time management skills.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Meticulous attention to detail.
