Role Summary :

You will be responsible for performadministrative services such as renewals of licenses, themaintenance of insurance policies, maintaining external serviceprovider documents, reviewing and forwarding utility bills and theprovision of other administrative services.

RoleDecription :

Provide administrativeservices for all the Group’s departments andbranches.

Maintain contact with external serviceand utility providers as per the delegated authority.

Support the head ofadmin documentation in performing unit tasks.

Meeting QNB needs for shipments clearing.

Securing promotion campaign licenses

QNB vehicle fleet management, includingregistration renewals, insurance policy, fuel and minorservices.

Receive utility and service bills(including electricity, water and telephone).

Perform tests on service and utility bills includingtesting accuracy, performing cost analysis and comparison withprevious months and submit analysis to supervisor forreview.

Submit bills to accounts for paymentprocessing.

Prepare periodic reports as per thedelegated authority.

Maintain the relationshipwith external service providers.

Respond and logcustomer concerns / queries regarding administrative issues,escalate issues to the appropriate authority and follow-up tillresolution.

Correspond with service providers toresolve any issues and maintain day to day services.

Renewals of services contracts and processing servicesinvoices.
