Enterprise long term 5 year and short term 12-month business planning and budgeting.Periodic business analysis and post implementation review (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)Synchronize overall topline and bottom line target for Marketing, Sales, Operations and Customer value managementSupport business case development and structured business proposal for strategic Initiatives.
