Are you ready to help us?As a Enterprise Commercial Manager you willManage commercial business sales planning, budgeting, analysis, monitoring, evaluation and strategic problem solving with marketing, Sales, Finance and other cross functional partners to grow B2B businessWhat kind of tasks will you have?

Enterprise long term 5 year and short term 12-month business planning and budgeting.Periodic business analysis and post implementation review (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)Synchronize overall topline and bottom line target for Marketing, Sales, Operations and Customer value managementSupport business case development and structured business proposal for strategic Initiatives.

Make sure required baseline information for business planning from DWH, BI, Market Research, Operations, Project Management available.

Apply if you have the following : Bachelor or Master Degree in Business / Finance / Statistics / Computer Science or equivalent.

Have a Business Planning, Business &Customer analytics knowledge.Experience in analytical related tools & concept (SQL, BI, Data Warehouse, Reporting)Expert in Business Case and Financial Modeling developmentExpert in Pre and Post Implementation AnalysisStrong in number crunching activity In day to day basisTelecom literate, especially related with fixed & B2B business and technology.

Advance Microsoft Excel SkillExcellent ability in developing presentationAbility to divide problems into sub problems and distribute workload to get faster solution without sacrificing quality of work.

Strong in quantitative analysis researchCandidates must have strong analytical / structured thinking with 6-12 years experience in business and customer analysis, planning, B2B and value management .

Have strong methodological financial / statistical / mathematical / logical conceptHave 5-10 years solid experiences in defining short term, medium term and long term strategy.

Able to gather all the data / fact / situation / information into meaningful knowledge and convert it into sharp actionable recommendation.

Good interpersonal / communication skill across departments (especially with Marketing, Sales, IT, Technology and Finance) in order to create a synergy in every professional activities.
