As the Specialist - People Engagement you will be supporting the development of different organizational and group level initiatives to improve the engagement levels in the organization.

Core Responsibilities :
You will be execution of engagement team operations to deliver priorities outlined by Ooredoo as per the ECHO results, following up and coordinating people engagement activity across the company, facilitating deliveries of engagement objectives and ensures opportunities are maximized and adding value to company values, coordinating with Ooredoo Group, vendor and management the logistics and launch of people engagement survey, facilitating and running Post Survey analysis and action planning for organization results with DH of people development and vendor in order to report the results to senior management, coordinating with department on departmental feedback sessions and way forward, following up with respected department on implementation of action plans expected out of engagement survey results, participating in the preparation of the company wide ECHO Survey results preparation and communications in coordination with internal communication department, collaborating across departments to ensure engagement activities are implemented and effectively linked to company vision, mission and values, tracking and reporting action planning of all departments from engagement survey results.
You will be identifying new vendors for employee offers; selecting best offers for employees, coordinating with Internal Communication on various engagement activities and to share vendor offers and benefits to all employees, arranging for internal events / activities such as Dardasha / Flash All Hands, providing support in delivering the most successful event of the year, managing the PR for events, ensuring arrangements are within the budget, reporting on engagement activities on weekly basis to Line management, progress update on various activities linked to Engagement and organizational culture, tracking Engagement section budget, reporting and tracking of various employees activities.
