You will lead anddevelop the team to deliver brand aligned communications usingAdvertising, Events, Sponsorships, Campaigns, and Promotions.
You’ll be the organizational leader for all customer research / insights related matters including Brand and NPS tracking studies.
Developing and managing the strategic direction forcommunications and delivering a communication roadmap as part ofthe integrated marketing plan will be key, as well as managing theexternal advertisment agency and excecuting campaigns according tothe CVM plan.
You will pursue innovative media opportunitiesacross OOH, In-Mall, Print, Digital and other new media buildingpersonal relationships with the key players in Qatari market.
Builda strong sponsorship and events portfolio and execute sponsorshipsand events leveraging external agencies and partners.
Management of monthly customer satisfaction tracking as well asbrand health and communication tracking will play an essential partof your role.
Drawing conclusions and recommendation based on thetracking results as well as facilitating workshops for follow upaction planning.
Brand and satisfaction KPIs target setting andperformance tracking, in addition to running both qualitative andquantitative research projects.
Moreover you will developthe Mass Communication Strategy, build a communication matrixacross the different direct and in-direct sales channels and workwith the Geo-Marketing team and leverage all customer insights todevelop optimal mass communication mix.
