Please add your PortfolioDesign responsibilities : Group-wide, multi-side graphic design work, all company collateral.Project management skills, the ability to juggle complex deadlines and manage strict timelines.

Printing design and updating, collaborating with printers to ensure quality and consistency are met.Creative ad hoc projects as and when required, proactive creativity on all projects.

Work to produce final designs which surpass expectations.Schedule projects and define budget constraints.Conceptualize visuals based on specific requirements.

Prepare and present multiple, exciting ideas for each concept you are working on.Go above and beyond to deliver results, always creating and developing new ideas and concepts to enhance current offerings.

Ensure final graphics and layouts are always visually appealing and on-brand. We like to be industry-leading in everything we do.

Online and Social Media marketing responsibilities : Create social media marketing strategies and campaigns, including content ideation, channel targeting, and implementation schedulesCollect customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaignsGrow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and InstagramWriting effective SEO content for blogs, websites, and social media accountsResearches and monitors the activity of company competitorsCreate and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page, and blog content, or social media messagesWrite copy for a variety of media including social, print, video, and onlineEdit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputsCollaborate with creative, product, marketing, and legal to assess project needs and help with messagingDrive brand consistency across all company communicationsDevelop and implement brand guidelinesStay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphereSee projects through the whole creative lifestyle, from inception to deploymentEssential skills required : Well presented at all times, organized and efficient with work, and able to prioritize accordinglyProficient in Microsoft Office programs, and design programs as required (we use adobe creative suites, but can be flexible on this per the candidate)Able to converse with a wide range of team members at every levelOrganized and efficientExperience in a similar role is a mustExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailA people personA go-getter and creative thinkerEssential Experience : Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, After effects, Indesign & IllustratorPlease note we will ONLY be considering candidates with PORTFOLIOApplicants who have illustration experience and photography skills would have a great advantage for this role, though these are not necessary skills to succeed in the interview process.
