We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages.About the role : : Responsible for supporting Manager Training in the delivery of internal training for end users on operational systems.

The Lead Training officer must ensure that the end users are familiar with and effective in operating internal crewing systems.

Principally they will conduct training within the department for skills that are need for the job functions. Responsible for creating training programs, maintain and communicate internal and external requirements to the department.

OperationalCreate and maintain training programs for all grades and staff in Crew Resources.Develop and keep updated classroom training programs for required subjectsReview and revise training content of all training with any changes in procedures or requirementsReview feedback from training programs delivered so that potential areas requiring address are recognized and changes made accordingly.

Write assessments for all trainees as and when requiredUndertake any required projects as required by Crew Resources within Training.

Organise for feedback for training imparted and improve to meet the business requirements.Maintain records of all training received in accordance with regulatory requirements to ensure staff compliance.

Establish positive working relationships with project owners or line departments to provide an ideal learning solution to support the roll out of the training.

Assess, evaluate and certify trainees on courses conducted both in-house and by external out-sourced trainers. This also includes one on one coaching and reassessing where required for trainees who have failed to meet the required standard.

Develop and create monthly newsletters / magazines internally within Flight Operations and pilot community.Liaise with various departments in planning staff training, prepare training material and book venues to ensure training is completed and delivered in a timely and professional manner.

Management & LeadershipEnsure they have a sound understanding of the material they are training so they can provide quality training for the personsKeep the training material relevant and up to date with the latest information, procedures, and learning practicesEngage with managers and staff to identify the training needs within the department and then source and learn the information, techniques, etc required that would successfully address the needProvide follow up to any training sessions done to gather feedback on the success and applicability of the training provided.

Maintain and manage the training records of all the staffAbout You : : Qualifications : Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's levelPrevious Experience : Specialist - minimum 5 years of job-related experience requiredWork experience in Flight OperationsPrior experience in learning and development rolesDesigned, created and implemented training courses successfullyUnderstanding and prior knowledge of how to create a magazine and newsletterComputer competency with Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPointJob Specific Skills : Excellent presentation skillsAbility to create presentations and learning modulesAbility to understand a variety of different skills / tasks to train others inSolid command of the English language both written and oralOrganized and able to organize othersUnderstanding of learning and development theories and processesCreative mind to make well-crafted training modulesMastery of PowerPoint and write articlesTeam work and strong interpersonal skills setPublic speakingNote : you will be required to attach the following : 1.
