preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clientsregarding suitable applicants
organisinginterviews for candidates as requested by the client

negotiating pay and salary ratesand finalising arrangements between clients andcandidates
offering advice to both clients andcandidates on pay rates, training and career progression
working towards and exceeding targets that may relate tothe number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients orbusiness leads generated
reviewing recruitmentpolicies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques andrecruitment programmes.
