To ensure every school has drawnup and is implementing an effective plan to secure good andoutstanding outcomes.
To intervene asnecessary in the management of schools within the Trust whoseperformance is judged by the Executive Principal to be less thangood.
Ensure that thorough and effectiveplanning and implementation of systems and processes are in placeto enable the Board to exercise their responsibilities.
Work with the Heads of School and their senior teams toensure that the achievements of the students for which the Trust isresponsible are good and outstanding.
Ensurethat compliance and statutory requirements are met, includingsafeguarding and health and safety.
Ensure thedevelopment of Academies within the Trust is reviewed and reportedon a regular basis such that there is a drive for progress andimprovement.
Drive efficiencies and reviewprogress and improvement across the Trust, providing regularreports to the Board on service provision and value formoney.
