Role Objective :

Contract management for a service provision project working with Qatar Government Offices in Doha and abroad. Including but not limited to :

  • Ensure contract compliance
  • Review variation to contract
  • Client / sub-contractor coordination
  • Receiving daily client reports and issuing monthly and quarterly progress reports
  • Responsibilities :

  • Establish and maintain sub-contractor and client relationship as a focal point of contact.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress based on set sub-contractors’ deliverables.
  • Ensure weekly review of progress, budget resources and planning is being carried out
  • Chair / attend meeting with client and sub-contractor and notify management of any need for intervention
  • Resolve contract-related issues both internally and externally
  • Review and notify management of any variation to project scope, schedule or cost
  • Manage record keeping of all contract related correspondence and documentation
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to project for client / internal senior management as and when required.
  • Liaise with lawyers as and when necessary
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree (Business / Contract Management)
  • Minimum 10 years experience
  • Experience working with Qatari Government Contracts
  • Excellent English communication skills
