  • Provides administrative supportto ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supportsvisitors.
  • Carries out administrative dutiessuch as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling andassigning administrative projects and expediting workresults.
  • Makes travel arrangements for seniorstaff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurantreservations.
  • Exhibits polite and professionalcommunication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organizationand strong communication.
  • Developsadministrative staff by providing information, educationalopportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventivemaintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintainingequipment inventories and evaluating new equipment andtechniques.
  • Provides information by answeringquestions and requests.
  • Maintains suppliesinventory by checking stock to determine inventory level,anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders forsupplies.
  • Contributes to team effort byaccomplishing related results as needed.
