Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way Report on online feedback from customers Creating regular Email alerts in different services channels.

Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English languages Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) Familiar with the local influencers and most frequented online hubs Experience of social media campaign management and planning in services industry Ability to converse in the local dialect and respond to enquiries from nationals as well as expatriates Proven project management skills at least 5 years related experience Previous experience of working in or alongside a Corporate Environment in a Social Media capacityEducationDegree in Marketing, Communications or other related field is required
