Scope of Job : To sell the company's product, Ready-Mix Concrete, collect payments from customers, and represent the company in the best possible way, under optimum utilization of his time and company resources which might be provided.
The primary purpose of the position is to secure maximum profit sales of the company’s concrete products through the effective development and execution of sales programs and sales strategies, within or exceeding sales standards.
KEY TASKS / ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1- lead sales department to achieve company target. 2- Expand customers base with new different types.
3- Set up and develop sales target, objectives & strategy with the management. 4- Cover all Qatari market, by contacting different type of customers, consultants & clients.
5- Control customers’ credit facilities. 6- Strengthen company relation with all customers and open new channels. 7- make sure company prequalified by all governmental sectors.
8- Make sure all company customers getting the required quality & service by coordinating between them and other different departments.
9- Prepare department budget, sales collection forecast, any other requirements of the department.
