CNS Global Business Centre (GBC) Market Unit - needs experienced Solutions Consultants with a solid understanding of Business needs that drives private wireless in enterprises comprising of Core Networks (inc.
5G), Telco Cloud Infrastructure and Business Applications within the Enterprise Sector.
Your skills and experience
With a strong business led technical background you should have the ability to articulate the Nokia value propositions in a relevant and compelling way to excite the customers / partners.
This role provides a key linkage between the needs of the customer and the solutions Nokia provides. A Challenger profile is ideal with an ability to identify customer pain points and growth areas and to test the status quo with innovation.
Strong presentation, negotiation and commercial skills will also be beneficial to support the sales team and process.
What you will learn and contribute to
As part of our team, you will :
Act as the CNS client facing, solution consulting lead for the Core Network, Business Applications, Cloud & Cognitive Services and Enterprise Solutions portfolio
Drive pipeline generation, lead qualification and solution design for new opportunities, upgrades & cross sell needs across the market
Be the Subject Matter Expert for the Nokia Core Network, Business Applications and Enterprise Solutions portfolio's with clear understanding of the value and relevance to the target market
Helps evolve and implement Nokia's CNS Enterprise Market Unit strategy
Identify customer 'latent needs', evangelize CNS Solutions and initiate new opportunities
Engage with Enterprise Account Managers, CSAs and Digital Industries team to define proactive, CNS influenced vertical blueprints, strategic initiatives towards customers
Own customer solution Blueprints, establish technical vision and business value
Position to the customer "Why / What / When / How" our solution will solve their business problem or a future need ....
Become a Trusted Advisor to Nokia Enterprise teams
Support AMs with Qualification of opportunities at the pre / RFI / RFP stage.
Own the Solution strategy for multi-domain deals, deliver necessary documents (Technical solution description, Scope of work, costing, Costing, Collateral etc) and in collaboration with key Domain solution experts across all CNS domains.
Support AMs in customer negotiations and closure of opportunities.
Your skills and experience
You will have :
At least 15 years in Telecommunications with experience in a customer facing roles like Solution Consultant, Domain Presales.
E2E Solution Architect etc in CSP or Enterprise domain.
Bachelor's degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar degree or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent negotiation, communication, customer interfacing, leadership and management skills.
Excellent presentation skills to present to CxO level management, senior management as well as intermediate management levels expecting more technical content
The candidate needs to have demonstrated that they have created a trusted relationship with a customer. This is a key requirement for this role.
Knowledge of the CNS product portfolio and domain areas are critical for the role
Ability to conceive, profitable and winnable Services Scoping / estimates
Understanding of the culture, market landscape, trends and drive market level’ sales / solution campaigns with the CNS Enterprise market leader
Knowledge in many or most of the following is Must : Cloud (OpenStack, Containers, Mobile Edge Computing), OSS / BSS applications (analytics, service assurance, orchestration, etc), 5G (network slicing, policy / payment, orchestration, security, analytics, etc), 4G (IMS, PCRF, OCS, Mediations, Fulfilment, Cares) Security products (Firewalls, PAM)
It would be nice if you also had :
Security certifications (CISM, CISP etc) along with certifications in Software development technologies (cloud native, telecommunications open-source projects, commons software foundation, CI / CD, DevOps tool chains), and IMS (VoLTE, SBC, SDM)
Certifications / Working knowledge of TOGAF, TMF (ODA, Open APIs), 3GPP principles governing 5G, 5GAdvanced etc...
