We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages.About the Role : The role will support the core operations of Corporate Services and will be deputized to manage any of the areas which include but not limited to Utilities, Procurement & Contracts, Asset Management, General Administration, Finance, Human Resources, IT Systems Development, etcThe role requires the candidate to be multi skilled and adapt to any dynamic operational changes and should have the ability to take on any tasks.

You should be an independent worker with minimum supervision.You will need to ensure timelines are met to meet organizational demands.

This is a Supervisory role, hence excellent Communication and Business Correspondence skills in English is expected.You will need to delegate as well as work directly on certain tasks for the deliverables to be submitted on time and based on certain portfolios would need to be directly managed by you.

You should be able to do report writing as per the administrative task assigned.The primary role requires the person to manage the Asset Management function, hence attention to detail and financial / accounting / costing understanding is a pre-

requisite for the role. You will also need to manage the supply chain for assets and need to control / manage requests for assets.

The role also demands assistance in other areas of Finance which includes business analysis, obtaining statistical data, assist in budget preparation, raise CMC, etc.

The role requires liaison internally and externallyAbout You : You should hold Bachelor Degree with minimum 4-6 years of job related experience.

You should have hands on experience in Asset ManagementYou should have thorough knowledge of accounting / asset management (disposal, movement, write off) and cost center management.

You should be proficient with use of Automated Management System (Oracles, SAP, others).You should possess Advanced Excel skills as it is detrimental to the roleYou should have excellent communication skills to set clear direction in delegating and managing work flow.
