About Your Job :

In this role, you will represent the VP Technical Operations of QE as well as the Maintenance Team of QE technical in a range of day-

to-day functions. This will include assisting management, Engineering Staff and CAMO in administration, HR tasks, meetings, crew inquiry, and training duties whilst maintaining records securely for future review and maintaining all other confidential data as per Company Policy.

You will also be responsible for organizing a wide range of tasks and acting as the main point of contact for the QE Tech Ops teams in additional to handling all Financial, IT, Logistics and other requirements for QR in liaison with other departments within QR.

  • Support Lead Admin & Business Support Officer with QE Management procurement requests ensuring right procedures are followed
  • Assist with preparation and drafting of correspondence (memos) internally and externally as well as business justifications as requested by QE Management for their review and process
  • Provide administrative support to VP and QE Management team as directed by Lead Admin & Business Support Officer to ensure smooth running of the office.
  • Coordinate the office requirements for new joiners of the division as required
  • Maintain excellent relationship with senior external and internal stake holders
  • Liaising with maintenance department for repairperson’s work and IT department for related work. Taking care of the car park requirements for external work related clients as required
  • Responsible for records of incoming / dispatching documents for mailing
  • About You :

    To be effective in this role, you will need a minimum of a trade or vocational qualification combined with at least four years of job-

    related experience. Two years prior business support experience within a tech operations administrative, operational and / or training function is preferred.

    You will need a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with proficiency in internet-mail / AIMS operations.

    Knowledge of company administration, finance and training policies and requirements would be beneficial. Key to your success is the ability to effective communicate and interact with a range of internal staff combined with the ability to work effective without supervision, within pressured circumstances.

    Prior project management / coordination experience would be well regarded
