To ensure proper mopping and cleanliness of thekitchen
To observe all safety rules andprocedures.
To ensure that all equipment andmaterials are not left in a dangerous state.
To ensure all HSE rules & procedures are followedand hazards / near misses and accidents are properlyreported.
To raise HSE / Hazard awareness byactively participating in all HSE meetings.
Tofollow GULF HSE plan.
To report and wherepossible to take action in relation to any accident, fire incident,loss, or damage.
To ensure proper grooming andhygiene.
To sort out stores and maintainstores including meat, fish, vegetable freezers, and dry stores ina neat and orderly manner.
To sort out / disposeof the garbage after each shift.
