  • To assist in the preparation ofsoups, salads, b / fast, chapattis, paratha, poori, andrice.
  • To assist in mis-en-place.
  • To ensure proper mopping and cleanliness of thekitchen
  • To observe all safety rules andprocedures.
  • To ensure that all equipment andmaterials are not left in a dangerous state.
  • To ensure all HSE rules & procedures are followedand hazards / near misses and accidents are properlyreported.
  • To raise HSE / Hazard awareness byactively participating in all HSE meetings.
  • Tofollow GULF HSE plan.
  • To report and wherepossible to take action in relation to any accident, fire incident,loss, or damage.
  • To ensure proper grooming andhygiene.
  • To sort out stores and maintainstores including meat, fish, vegetable freezers, and dry stores ina neat and orderly manner.
  • To sort out / disposeof the garbage after each shift.
