Role Summary :
The function will perform custody services to investorsincluding account maintenance, safekeeping of certificates anddocuments, review of reports and billing requirements
Role Description :
You willensure the provision of high quality and secure custody services byensuring that all documents gathered from clients are safely kept.
You will ensure that client accounts are opened in an efficient andeffective manner and co-ordinate with Custody Front Office for thereceipt of source documents.
You will ensure adherence toproper reconciliation procedures and resolving outstanding openitems. You will consistently review client Service Level Agreementsand ensure adherence to client requirements.
You will regularlyreview and update client documentation and prepare customer accountreports and other reports as required by the regulatory authorityand management.
In addition, you will ensure compliancewith operational policies and procedures, document retentionrequirements and set security procedures.
Thesuccessful candidate will possess a Bachelor degree and extensive 5- 6 years experience in Custody Services. He / she will demonstrate athorough knowledge and background in back office investmentactivities including reporting, recordkeeping and account opening.
Arabic language skills are advantageous.
