We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East LLC Qatar for : Senior Project Cost Admin Assistant : This position is responsible for post-award verification and validation of Subsurface supplier's Field Service Tickets within the agreed performance criteria.
Your main duties will be : Perform assigned post-award verification and validation of Subsurface supplier's Field Service Tickets within the agreed performance criteria.
Receive and Validate Subsurface Field Service Tickets against corresponding contract terms and conditions for completeness and liaise with contract administration and end users to resolve any dispute raise.
Identify and capture probable cost avoidance opportunities "$" through meticulous verification and validation of Subsurface suppliers Field service tickets and set up preventive measure to avoid unwarranted or duplicate charges.
Implement distinctive contractual conditions settings such as ; "Cost allocation split, discount, surcharge" into Service Entry Sheet after resolution of variations and dispute issues with an appreciation of overall value-effectiveness solutions.
Advise Subsurface end users and suppliers on Field Service Tickets, and Service Entry Sheet compliance requirements for processing.
Provide financial analysis and cost stewardship support to Contract administration team and end-user.Maintain strategic and ethical relationship with Subsurface suppliers and ensure effective coordination of Field Service Ticket and Service Entry Sheet Validation and processing.
Support the Contracts administration team in preparing miscellaneous contract correspondences.Support the Contracts administration team in the cost recovery of Subsurface suppliers' Non-Conformance "NCR".
Participate as a team in the development, review, improvement and implementation of business processes and workflowsProfileCandidates Profile : The candidate shall have a Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have at least 8 year of relevant experience in Subsurface Oil & Gas.
The candidate selected for this position shall have ability to understand & communicate in English.Candidates having Gulf experience will be preferred.
