Job Title : OLCM Engineer - Mechanical

Job Type : Contract / 24 Months

Job start date : Immediate

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Reviews Recommended Spare Parts lists (RSPL) and recommends spare parts for all new projects.

2. Reviews all Master Data Governance (MDG) request (Material creation, change, deletion and obsolete) through SAP to ensure optimum inventory and quality.

3. Reviews existing material inventory stock levels to ensure optimum quantity in warehouse and minimise financial exposure.

4. Develops and reviews policies and procedures relevant to Obsolescence and life cycle management.

5. Reviews vendor drawings and manuals and ensure 2 years and life cycle spares of all equipment under project scope are covered in RSPL.

6. Interfaces between PMT, Maintenance department and other departments to ensure resolution of materials requirements during Project Phase.

7. Liaises effectively with relevant stake holders as required.

8. Supports material Write-on / Write-off and repair and return as per the agreed roles and responsibilities supporting the division objectives.

9. Reviews Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and ensure Mechanical equipment spares procured to meet QG requirements.

10. Carries out engineering feasibility study (eMOC management of change) for Obsolescence Management to upgrade obsolete mechanical equipment & its components.

11. Reviews obsolescence of Mechanical spares and equipment to ensure business continuity and minimize operation risks.

12. Assists management in complex analysis and task reviews.
