to-Liquids industry from Qatar.

Job description

  • Assist Department Manager with daily office administration activity related to incoming / outgoing correspondence / technical documentation, including receipt / recording / distribution to third parties (as required) and follow-up.
  • Operates personal computer to discharge all functional duties including but not limited to correspondence, document logs / data uploads / spreadsheets and Intranet applications.
  • Requisitions supplies, printing, maintenance, and other services.
  • Assists in facilitating Qatari nationals under development, as directed by Department Manager.
  • Qualifications

    High School Diploma or 3 Year equivalent Degree in Business Administration

    Relevant experience with computer software and data management systems.

    Experience in document control systems.

    Experience in administration of budgets.

    Experience with SAP applications
