Job Description

  • Ensure selection and placement of right talent into the organization within allocated budgets and timelines. Consistently reviewing the routes of recruitment to ensure the organization is targeting the best talent at the right roles at the right time.
  • Plan, develop and execute the policy & procedure plan to identify top talent across multiple skillsets and career levels utilizing competency based approach, include internal & external searches and promote the company brand in line with respective HR strategy and the overall organizational strategy.
  • Manage the full cycle of the acquisition process and identify hiring needs by partnering with HR team & hiring managers.
  • Design & execute employer branding activities and plans to improve on employment branding.
  • Conduct market research ensuring an ongoing understanding of the overall recruitment landscape.
  • Manage agencies and third party relationships and build long term partnership with external stakeholders.
  • Provide reporting and recruitment data analytics to ensure decisions are data driven and supported.
  • Manage the talent acquisition and recruitment for senior roles and key positions.
  • Implement new sourcing methods and strategies.
  • Research latest technologies that help in improving recruitment effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
