Job Scope : Responsible to manage the client account, represent the company to prospective customers to develop the company business.
Achieved forecasted revenue targets.Main Tasks and Responsibilities : Manage to generate sales revenue as per the agreed sales targets.
Build and maintain excellent business relations with the existing clients and identify the possibilities of helping them with the optimum technology solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and contact prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders in the assigned territory / market segment.
Conducts strategic account planning and market studies.Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.Monitors the overall workflow of the pre and post sales teams to assure that all acquired projects are implemented in the best manner and as per the customer’s expectations.
Develops clear and effective written proposals / quotations for current and prospective customers.Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Consult with customers after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.Develop and maintain relationship with key client contacts to have long term relationship.
Maintains high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity.Assist achieving department scorecard goals including client satisfaction, revenue and performance metrics.
Prepare required department reports and documentation including weekly, Monthly Account Management Reports, Relationship Plans, Client Day Account Review Plans, Executive Briefing Documents and Visit Summaries.
Collaborate with different internal teams to ensure smooth internal operation and healthy work environment.Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor DegreeMinimum 3 years of sales experience in QatarValid Qatar Driving License.
Knowledge Skills and working conditions requirements : Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.Background in selling complex services and solutions is preferable.
Ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)Account long terms retention strategies, cross-selling and up-selling inside the same client / sector.
Proven track record in Achieving set targets. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
