About Your Job : As a Training Officer, you will work closely with the Manager Training and Recruitment to develop and execute service excellence training for our Ground Services team.
You will analyse the customer journey across the airport terminal, create standards and best practice for each touch point.
You will develop training plans and delivers training to ensure all staff are prepared to deliver a high level of service.
Your key accountabilities include : Design and develops interactive training in various formals and methods. Determine the instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, meetings and workshops to be used.
Develops and customise activities to ensure participants engagement and acknowledge retention. Designs, developers and produces training materials and aids, including multi-
media tools. Able to create PowerPoint presentations, facilitators guides, participant workbooks, manuals, brochures, job aid and posters.
Recommends training / re-training in response to operational and service failures. Delivers training passionately in a way which excites motivates and engages team members to deliver a memorable experience for our customers.
Measures the impact of implemented training programs through participant feedback forms. Coaches staff in operations after training, captures results and highlights areas of improvement.
Delivers training following the training syllabus and the trainer guides for each session. Follows established training KPI's and takes responsibility to assist reach departmental goals.
Drives actively and supports trainees to guarantee a consistent delivery of service excellence. Train and develop other employees in junior training roles, to ensure succession planning is in place.
About You : You have Bachelor's degree preferably in HR or Training degree, with 4 years of job-related experience.
You will have Airport Operations experience and has managed a multi-cultural team.
You are knowledgeable on airport processes and technical requirements.
To be successful in this role, you should be proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, Project management skills.
You should have strong verbal and written command of English Language and ability to write training syllabus, SOP, LOP and training guides.
You should have high level of personal presentation and public speaking skills.
