We are looking for an experienced chefReporting to the Senior Chefs, you will assist in the kitchen areas of our hotel. In this capacity as Commis I, II or III, you will be responsible for preparing food items in any section of the kitchen according to our standard recipes or as per instructions.
Ensuring the operation and kitchen equipment is maintained at a good standard with minimum breakage.Handling the setup and breakdown of mise-en-place stations for the various meal periods according to performance standards.
Being familiar with all sections of the kitchen equipment to facilitate the multi-skilling and flexible use of employees.
Understanding and adhering to the hotel’s policy relating to fire, hygiene and safety.Personal DetailsIdeally, you will be an energetic and hard-working person with a passion and commitment to food and beverage production.
