Tasks will primarily include preparation of reports to help the Sales Programs Manager optimize cost of sale and regional usage of incentive points.
You will review and maintain sales incentives reports (including PLB / CTK, commissions, SIS) during the year to ensure that incentive programs are calculated and managed as per the related generated revenue.
Duties IncludeSupporting the design and production of monthly reports on PLB performance, CTK usage and CoS breakdown to enable management and monitoring of out incentives and costs.
Provide assistance for regions through coordination to utilize their sales programs to enable them focus on key channels and agencies.
Design calculation tools through an Excel model to monitor sales incentive programs and enhance accuracy of data.Design and maintain top agency dashboard to track performance and optimize cost of sale.
About You : Shortlisted candidates must have : Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's levelMinimum 4 years relevant experienceAbility to develop senior internal and external networksExperience with ExcelStrong analytical capabilities.
