Assistant Information Technology Manager
Would you like to be part of a winning team? Alwadi Doha MGallery Hotel Collection is looking for an Assistant IT Manager who requires responsibility and accountability.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s information technology department, which includes everything from computer hardware to software applications to telecommunications equipment.

What you will be doing :
Provide technical support to users experiencing problems with their computers or software applications.
Identify and implement ways to increase productivity and efficiency in the workplace by using new technologies.
Monitor employees’ computer uses to ensure they follow company policies regarding Internet usage or software installation.
Manage and maintain computer networks, including troubleshooting problems when they occur.
Perform regular backups to ensure that data is protected from computer crashes or natural disasters such as fires or floods that may occur in the building where the information is stored
Your experience and skills include :
Minimum of 2 years experience within the IT field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
Competency in using a variety of computer software
