Come join us to live well, work better, and be the best.As a Parts Salesman your duties & responsibilties would include : Attending Cash / Credit customers & understand Customer requirements by identifying & supplying correct Spare Parts.
Basic Knowledge on the Technical Aspects of Spare Parts and its Functionality.Preparation of cash / credit invoices.Accepting order bookings, receiving advance and capturing Customer details.
Follow up with the ordering dept. for back ordered partsContacting customers to collect the parts once received from the suppliers.
Follow up with customers for new orders.Creating new customers / sale through personal contact, tel calls, SMs etc.Preparation / submission of quotations to Workshop, Cash and Credit Customers.
Keeping track of daily / monthly budgets and take the necessary actions to achieve / exceed the same.Invoicing of pre-booked parts.
Maintaining 5 S in the Workplace.Ensuring Customer satisfaction by improving CSI Score.Educating the customers on the advantages of using Genuine parts such as performance, safety etc.
Keep the relevant knowledge update through various training courses through SAP / WEB etc.Assisting the team in annual stock checking.
Efforts to bring customers in to the dealership for Service Actions / Recalls.To apply for this role you must have 2to 4 years of relevant experience in a reputed automotive dealership.
