QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Education : BSc in Geographical Information Systems. Professional experience : Minimum 5 years’ recent experience with GIS in the development domain.

Technical competencies : - Demonstrable track record of widget and tool development and deployment. - Administration of ArcGIS Desktop / Server / Enterprise, SDE, Python, AutoCAD.

Proficient in use of Portal for ArcGIS for managing, sharing and enhancing GIS content (e.g. dashboard creation). Behavioral competencies : strong communication skills, taking initiatives and decisions.

Other competencies : Proficient in written and spoken technical English.
