Advise and Support VOE onReliability & Maintenance (R&M) strategies,process, objectives and implementation plans to move Operations(On / Off-shore Oil & Gas production, Gas processing,Refinery ) to a world-class performance level in terms of safety,reliability, production efficiency and unit costs.
Implement the VO Operations Excellence Transformation inclose collaboration with other directorates (focusing on People,Processes and Technology through a multi-year transformation)through coaching the OE R&M transformation of the VOoperation, especially the Managers / Asst.
Managers to drive R&M competencies : change,culture and performance in VO and obtain sustainable world-classperformance measured and confirmed by externalbenchmarks. ![]()
