About Your Job
We require Senior Customer Services Agent to join Ground Services Division in Hamad International Airport.
The Senior Customer Services Agent is responsible for managing the operations within his / her designated areas of assignments such as (but not limited to) check-
in counters, boarding gates, transfer desk, offices, ramp, arrivals and special handling unit. You will monitor the flights and disseminate information ensuring provision of services as per the laid down service standards.
In this role, you are responsible for providing concise brief to your colleagues and contribute in ensuring that they are continuously updated and motivated of their assignment.
You will trouble-shoot in the areas of jurisdiction by identifying the problem, providing alternative options and deciding on the right option to minimise or eliminate flight delays.
You will continuously liaise with Airport Security and Immigration to speed up all Customer Care passengers handling process.
You will provide 5-star customer service to all passengers and ensure that they receive the best service consistent with the Airport process and procedure.
To be successful in the role, you will need Trade or Vocational Qualification, with minimum 3 years of job-related experience required.
You are required to be proficient in Passenger Handling Procedures. You will have comprehensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
You will need to have strong planning / organizing and problem solving skills, excellent negotiation / influencing skills, and excellent English communication (written and spoken).
You should have an ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage work flow.
