The opportunity

Project : This is a conceptualised villages project in the heart and outskirts of Doha.

We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking stakeholder manager to join our established and growing team in Qatar.

Your responsibilities will include :

Being fully responsible for leading stakeholder management and stakeholder engagement strategy and activities.

Managing relationships with the client, other project stakeholders and project teams to ensure clear communication and alignment in strategic and tactical objectives.

Providing consultation to stakeholders aligned with project delivery for best solution objectives.

Implementing and managing toolsets and plans to ensure stakeholder and project alignment.

Producing and managing accurate records for all stakeholder issues as required.

Managing the effective delivery and ongoing implementation of a stakeholder contact management system.

Complying with Mace’s processes and procedures and delivering our services in line with Mace’s core values.

Ensuring stakeholders are identified and recognized as partners in the development and delivery of the programme’s strategic goals.

Managing stakeholder forums, meetings workshops, and special events.

Developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies including informing, consulting and involving stakeholders where relevant and evaluating the effectiveness of these strategies.

Advising senior leadership of issues and / or risks to stakeholder relationships as soon as they arise so risks can be managed effectively.

Assisting projects’ delivery directors to effectively consult and engage stakeholders on relevant projects.

Advocating the value and commitment of stakeholder involvement in the development of products and services designed to meet stakeholder needs.

Managing the stakeholder engagement plan, and communications plan.

Overseeing the measurement of stakeholder satisfaction with the scheme and developing and implementing strategies across the programme to find solutions to the findings.

Leading relevant meetings and site walks and ensuring these are suitably recorded

Being actively involved in risk management

Communicating with all project parties / stakeholders and ensuring suitable records are maintained.

Engaging and managing stakeholders in operational readiness activities

Leading by example working collaboratively and always in an inclusive manner.

About you

You will have a relevant degree qualification with suitable technical qualifications relevant to the specific project / role and be a member of a professional body.

You have good skills in communicating and presenting. You have a good project understanding to be able to lead forums with related project stakeholders.

You have good knowledge of HSE rules and regulations and a proactive approach. You have good commercial awareness and understanding of industry best practices.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have experience delivering projects from start through to completion within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike.

You have a construction or cost consultancy project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
