We at Multinet are seeking an Admin Assistant to provide support in office administrative works.Candidate should be able to join immediately.

Job Description : · Undertake the task of receiving calls and take messages and routing correspondence accordingly· Prepare Reports on sales on weekly-monthly basis to support management· Contact Clients via emails and phone calls when required, schedule meetings, appointments and all official engagements.

  • Upload Photos, videos and other content on Social media and other web page posts.· Other Responsibilities as directed by the Management and as assigned within the scope of the Administrative status.
  • Requirements : · Proven Experience as an admin assistant or in other Secretarial positions· Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)· Full comprehension of office management Skills· Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
  • Up-to-date with advancement in office gadgets and applications· Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily work load· Excellent Planning and Time Management Skills.

  • Proficiency in English (Email writing and presentation skills)· Family Visa / Work Visa with NOCJob Type : Full-timeSalary : From QAR2,000.
  • 00 per monthExperience : Social Media Management : 1 year (Preferred)Administrative Skills : 1 year (Required)Location : Doha (Required)Language : English (Required)
