We invite you to explore The Ritz-Carlton.Job Summary Repair and give proper maintenance to keep every machine and bill validator and all other parts in perfect working order.
Assist in any machine movement or installation coordinated. Verify malfunction slips and repair the machine if necessary.
Assist guests in any claim regarding slot malfunction. Keep inventory of tools and repair equipments. Review malfunction slips, claim slips, and tilt codes log book.
report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.
Adhere to quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance.
