For ensuring EPC's readiness for preparation of SIMOPS and Shut Down activities in coordination with packages leads, project manager and other CLIENT entities
For ensuring SIMOPS and Shut Downs activities execution by EPC's will be in line with planning (minimize shutdown duration), quality and budget defined
For ensuring interfacing between Phase 2 PMT, MP other entities FOPS / ENG / PCM, CLIENT other entities FOPS / E&C / LOG / HSE and EPC's to ensure above objectives are achieved
For establishing, optimizing and implementing Shut Down Flotels strategy through all phases of definition, CFT and execution
For establishing POB projection reports for SIMOPS & SD activities taking into account all stake holder and provide associated decision tools for prioritization.
For establishing all tools and reporting required to follow-up activities under its responsibility on technical, schedule and cost aspect
Field development will involve several new projects that would be executed in parallel over the period of 5 years with CAPEX investment of around 3.
3 Billion USD. Phase 2 Project consists of :
Batch 1 Jacket EPCIC : Three 24 slots WHP bridges (FC, DC, EG), bridge linked to existing facilities and with permanent drilling decks.
Optional Early Productions Facilities.
Batch1 EPCIC1 : Three production topsides for WHP (FC, DC, EG) to process and send production to existing bridge linked facilities.
Batch2 EPCIC2 : Two WHP (EH, CE) bridge linked jacket topsides to process and send production to existing facilities. Batch2
Batch2 Pipeline Debottlenecking : 2 to 4 sea lines to be installed with associated integration works.
Overall Phase 2 Budget is >
1.000 MUSD at pre-project stage
Phase 2 Project is mainly a Greenfield Project with installation of 5 new WHP and 2 to 4 sea lines but there will be a major Brownfield challenge for integration of these new WHP into existing facilities in term of interfaces with other CLIENT entities and SIMOPS works.
The SIMOPS & Shut Downs Lead will work in transverse mode with all packages of Phase 2.
He will be based in the Major Projects premises during all stages of Phase 2 projects and will be required to frequently visit packages.
The Job holder belongs to the PMT team and reports directly to the Phase 2 Project Manager.

EPC preparation readiness :
Ensure all EPC activities related to preparation of offshore SIMOPS and SD campaigns are in line with CLIENT objectives in coordination with package leads
Develop associated reporting and piloting tools
Manage Phase 2 SIMOPS / SD planner to develop L4 SIMOPS / SD plans and progress reporting in due time
SIMOPS & SD execution :
Ensure SIMOPS & SD execution is closely followed-up and reported to package lead in charge
Identify deviations and proposed mitigation measures to management
Manage CLIENT SIMOPS / SD planner accordingly
Ensure interfaces within Phase 2 packages is coordinated and managed with regards to SIMOPS and SD activities
Be EPC focal point regarding preparation and execution of SIMOPS & SD activities in close coordination with packages lead
Ensure close coordination within MP entities regarding preparation and execution the offshore activities
Participate to coordination with CLIENT other entities involved in SIMOPS and SD activities
SD Flotels / POB :
Participate to definition of SD Flotel needs with all involved parties
Be in charge of CFT and execution of Flotel contract on all technical, schedule and costs aspects
Defined and manage SIMOPS and SD POB projection tools to help defining priorities and help management decisions
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
Major Projects involve the development of new offshore platforms bridge linked to the existing facilities, installation of subsea pipelines and debottlenecking of the produced water treatment, all these activities could be executed across several international sites.
Projects will require complex interfaces with other entities of CLIENT.
FEED and EPC execution shall take place at Contractor premises,
Possibility of multiple worldwide missions or relocations to follow-up engineering development and EPC execution with various contractors.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Qualification : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering,
Experience : At least 15 years' experience in the offshore oil & gas project with minimum 5 years experience as Project Engineer,
Experience within a project team : At least 10 years' experience at senior level within large multinational taskforce team environment,
Experience in SIMOPS and Shut Down preparation and execution is a must
Available for technical missions worldwide,
Familiar with Total General Specifications, Prodom, MOQ standards and relevant codes and standards,
Language : Fluent English,
Strong leadership skills and good communication skills,
Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,
Good analytical skills,
