ASST. MANAGER, WELL INTEGRITY ENGG (OFF)
Primary Purpose of Job
Manages all Well Integrity (WI) engineering activities in the offshore fields. Liaises with other divisions in the department, to optimize well integrity activities, processes, and implementation of best practices, KPIs, data acquisition / interpretation and introduction of new technology.
Responsible for recommending actions that ensures the safety of all wells in the offshore fields.
Minimum of B. Sc ( or equivalent) in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Related engineering discipline.
Experience & Skills
Minimum 15 years experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, with 10 years of proven experience in petroleum engineering and well integrity monitoring / remedial work.
Minimum 5 years of Management experience in leading petroleum operations, drilling, or petroleum engineering groups with direct responsibility for operated projects.
Must have 5+ years experience in well surveillance, and be familiar with corrosion logs and other diagnostic tools.proven well work experience involving rigs coiled tubing / casing repair methods.
Must have a good understanding of surface facilities and production operations. Must be able to work in a multi - cultural environment.
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally interact with a board range of disciplines and level with in the company, including peers, field staff and senior management.
Strong leadership skills with the proven capability to take firm, decisive action .well developed interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
