You will provide design engineering services to Worley and its customers, including technical support and supervision within the water design engineering team.
Complete civil engineering design computations
Development of water distribution system computer models
Development of sanitary collection systems computer models
Development of stormwater conveyance systems computer models
Assist, supervise, schedule and check the work of other team members
Mentor junior team members
Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects
Function as task leader on larger projects
Provide input and involved with proposals, work scope, work schedule and budgets
Pump station design for water and waste water
Water treatment plants, water purification and treatment plants
What you will bring
Technical and Industry Experience
Minimum of 10 years related work experience is required.
Competent in the design of storm water and sewerage collection networks in the ME region.
Good experience of pressurized distribution networks design (potable water, fire water, irrigation water) systems.
Candidates shall be familiar with InfoWorks ICM design software used by the PWA (Ashghal) during approval process.
Competent in drainage software such as SewerCAD, StormCAD, Microdrainage.
Competent in the design of wastewater collection networks using suitable supporting design software InfoWorks ICM, SewerCAD, Microdrainage, Spreadsheet.
Candidates will be familiar with WaterGEMS, InfoWorks WS and similar design software.
Education Qualifications, Accreditation, Training
A full-time Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is a mandatory requirement. Candidates not holding this accreditation must be willing to achieve this within the probationary period.
