Primary Accountability

Provide day-to-day administration and management of clients through

high-levels of customer service deliverables and generate new &

expanded business through cross sell from existing clients and from new

clients.

Operational Management

Responsible for day-to-day administration and management of

clients.

Manage the communication between the client, Insurer and service

team members.

Understand the client’s business issues, needs and expectations.

Seek feedback on Marsh’s service through ongoing dialogue with

the client.

Agree and implement service deliverables.

Make sure that claims are submitted as per the agreed procedure.

Insure that claims are processed as per the agreed terms.

Checking all policy documentation / invoices / cards before sending

them out to the client.

Secure new business by referrals / cross sell / upsell / cold calls

Prepare accurate, detailed reports and comparisons

Approach the insurance markets for quotes and negotiate terms as

per the strategy agreed with the placement team, where required.

Ensure that the invoices are sourced from the insurer on time,

checked, sent to the client on time and premiums are collected on

time

Ensure that policy documents and endorsements are sent on time to

clients.

Comply with Marsh’s Compliance Procedures and Quality practices

Policies.

Make efficient use of MarshForce and update the details on live

basis.

Keep record of all documents that are sent out or received and filing

them correctly.

Conduct orientation sessions / presentations for the clients, as

required.

Other duties as may be required from time to time.

Financial Performance

1. Retain all existing clients being managed

2. Achieve annual new and expanded targets

3. Work closely with the Practice Leader in achieving the growth target

set for EH&B practice.

Key responsibilities

Be able to retain renewals and secure new clients / policies.

Demonstrate proactive and enthusiastic service levels.

Act as a referral point for the resolution of complex client queries

internally and externally.

Compliance

  • Follow the Marsh Compliance policies and procedures;
  • Candidate Profile :

    1. Experience of handling EH&B lines of insurance for clients of at least 5 years.

    2. Sound understanding of EH&B products

    3. Strong communication skills, written and oral

    4. Good client relationship management experience.

    5. Qatar market experience would be an advantage.
