Executive Support Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments completing expense reports composing and preparing correspondence arranging complex and detailed travel plans itineraries and agendas compiling documents for meetings and coordinating meetings internally and externally Follows up with direct reportees of the CEO on pending tasks ensures that standard reports from various departments are made available to the CEO at preagreed times and coordinates with departments within the company to get adhoc reports or information Carrying out research and presenting findings as instructed by the CEO Document Control Manage document creation versioning and storage procedures for documents that the CEO needs access to Track instances where documents need to be updated with latest information and follow up with other departments to ensure that all documents are updated Support Tasks Support CEO and other senior managers in creating marketing communication material press releases organizing customer events etc Create content when needed based on inputs from CEO other senior managers
