Diploma in Computer Science or IT; Bachelors degree ispreferred
Certification on ITIL ServiceManagement or equivalent.
5-7 years of experience in IT Support or helpdeskoperations.
Working knowledgeon desktop hardware, operating system, softwareapplication and network troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge and experience in ITIL service deskimplementation and performance tuning.
Good Knowledge about Computers & Operatingsystems.
Ability to learn & adopt to newnetworks installed at Woqod.
High-level experience in customer supportservices.
Ability to formulate plans, designs, practices, policiesand procedures related to operation and newprojects.
