You will be responsible for general management and security issues within the hotel. Must have genuine interest in taking care of guests and handling and resolving challenges that arise.

The Assistant Manager - Front Office will act as information provider, problem solver, public relations manager, sales manager and diplomat, always maintaining a professional and efficient manner

  • Arabic speaker and fluent in spoken & written English and; Proven experience of working as a Supervisor / Manager; Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work without direct supervision; Good IT skills; Capacity for flexibility, change & innovation; Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable.
