Job description

The Group Securities is seeking energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic candidates to work in customers’ service. Those with experience in this field are invited to submit applications.

Job Descriptions :

The major responsibly of the candidate is to provide excellent customers’ services by taking the right time to understand and find out the customer's needs in a manner that enables him / her to take the sufficient and adequate information to provide the appropriate services.

Additionally, the candidate is required to carry out all various and different orders and services , control the high-class quality of services provided to customers,provide assistance to customers whenever necessary and required, be committed and dedicated in carrying out the daily assignments to the upper most levels of compliance and writing down the transactions where appropriate for the purpose of internal and external auditing.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Conducting responsibilities and duties in accordance with the company's policy and procedures in place, along with adherence to criteria and standards of service, and professional ethics and conducts.

Moreover, the candidate should be committed to work within the scope of his / her field of specialization and prescribed responsibilities.

Receiving applications from customers for opening accounts.

Receiving deposits

Updating the customers’ data

Receiving the public and private agencies and ensuring the obtaining of approval from the related legal entity.

Connecting the Group's customers’ accounts with the banks taking part in "SAHEL" service.

Issuance of account statements and stocks’ portfolio

Directing the customers’ inquiries to the Hall Supervisor and the Sector Manager.

Qualifications Required :

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers.

Ability to work and carryout daily responsibilities and assignments independently or within the frame of the team.

Readiness and willingness to familiarize with and adapt to a frequently and constantly changing work environment that targets to provide serve to customers.

Having the spirit of initiative in work and speediness in understanding concepts and ideas.

Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or in any other field of relevance

Flexibleto be transfer within the company units based on the request.
