  • Assist Front Office Manager insupervising daily front desk activities according to theestablished guidelines.
  • Prioritize anddelegate daily work responsibilities to front deskstaff.
  • Train and guide front desk staffs toprovide quality customer services.
  • Managestaffing schedules, shift changes, payrolls, and laborcosts.
  • Resolve guest issues and enquiries toensure guest satisfaction.
  • Schedule front deskmeeting to identify and resolve operational issues, accountingvariances, and housekeeping discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement strategies for bell desk, frontoffice and parking.
  • Ensure that facility ismaintained clean, neat, safe and secure.
  • Ensure that employees are properly groomed anddressed.
  • Identify process improvement toachieve financial and service goals.
  • Planshift schedule and duties based on business forecast.
  • Supervise the billing and cash processes to ensurecompliance with company standards.
  • Providefeedback to the team members on their performances andimprovements.
  • Assist in preparing yearlyoperating budgets, capital expenditure and manpowerbudgets.
  • Monitor and control expenses withinthe allotted budget.
