Duties &Responsibilities :
This positionrequires an energetic and enthusiastic individual who will lead,manage, direct and monitor the activities of the HR Department.
Toensure that the HR strategy and programs are designed, developedand implemented in alignment with CNA-Q’s strategicdirection, as well as international best practice and relevant lawsand regulations applicable in the state of Qatar and in line withCNA-Q’s values and objectives.
Candidates should have an outstanding record of industryexperience in Human Resource Management and possess thequalifications necessary to be successful in the role of Manager,Human Resources.
The successful candidate is responsible tocontribute to the formulation of CNA-Q’s strategy and tolead the development of the Human Resources business plan,policies, procedures and guidelines.
Thesuccessful candidate will be qualified to provide leadership andoversee Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Workforce Planningand Recruitment, HR Operation and Qatarization.
This includesefforts and initiatives across CNA-Q to ensure a more stable Qatariworkforce, overseeing career development and talent managementplans and programs required for CNA-Q.
Thesuccessful candidate will oversee the maintenance of all payrollrelated information and all other HR operational activities, suchas time and leave management, visa services, patriation of newemployees, immigration and repatriation services, employee recordsmanagement, compensation and benefits management and newhire.
The successful candidate will oversee theadherence to the employee code of conduct and resolution ofemployee HR inquiries and grievances, while ensuring adequatesupport is provided to CNA-Q employees
Thesuccessful candidate will maintain strong relationships withexternal stakeholders, including academic institutions, recruitmentagencies, training providers, and related government and regulatingbodies to contribute to growth and success of CNA-Q.
Provide support and advice to Executives on issuesrelating to people and change, talent management, employeeengagement, performance management and employee relations
The successful candidate will lead the development of theperformance management framework, in alignment with the applicablelaws and regulations in the state of Qatar, as well as bestpractices, and ensure proper support is provided to all departments / schools across CNA-Q during period reviews.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leadingthe design of a complete rewards scheme to ensure internal equityalignment with CNAQ’s overall strategic objectives.
Leadand manage various employee retention and satisfaction initiativesacross CNA-Q.
The successful candidate willdevelop and monitor the annual budget of HR Department’sin conjunction with the Vice President.
TheManager, Human Resources will provide professional developmentsupport and perform periodic performance reviews for directsubordinates to contribute to the development of employees andoversee the establishment of the Human Resources Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs)
Education andCertifications :
Bachelor’s degree required in BusinessAdministration, Human Resources or related field
Master’s is preferred in Human Resources orother related field
Minimum years of relevant experience in HR or relatedfield
years of managerial experience
Fluency in written and spoken English language isrequired
Fluency in written and spoken Arabiclanguage is requIRED
