Job Description :

  • Prepare all food to outlet standard as assigned bythe Senior Chef for the Restaurant.
  • Prepare all recipes according to Brand standards,prepares for next service.
  • Set upthe miss-en-place station for the various meal periods according toperformance standard.
  • Collectfood requisitions from the kitchen / central kitchen asdirected.
  • Breakdown work stationat the end of meal periods & store the food away properlyin the fridge to HACCAP standard.
  • Examine filled tray for completeness &appearance, & store completed trays in refrigerated storagecabinets to be sent to dining room.
  • Adapt to any work station requested by Senior Chef& follow food hygiene & safety practices at alltimes.
  • Familiarize to allsections of the kitchen, so is able to cover allsections.
  • Brief the incomingshift.
  • Maintain high levels ofcleanliness in the kitchen at all time. Cleans and arrange workingarea before leaving. Maintain all kitchen equipment.
  • Completely understands and adheres to theCompany's policy relating to fire, hygiene andsafety.
