Job Description :
Specific responsibilities and duties may include, but arenot limited to the following :
Candidate musthave minimum 4+ years of experience in the preparation andpresentation of Filipino cuisines as per the location and menurequirements
Prepare daily requisition for thenext day kitchen supplies considering forecasted man-days, menu,stock in balance in the kitchen and available items instores.
Ensure that the food is prepared as perthe planned menu and in line with the instructions received fromhead chef.
Ensure that wastage control measuresare in place and are complied with. Assist head chef in menucosting.
Ensure all work is carried out incompliance with the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmentmanagement system.
