Job description

We are a leading financial organization and are looking for a HR Officer to join our reputed Company.

Roles :

  • To manage HRIS and maintain proper database for all employees.
  • To prepare and maintain HR reports for internal and auditing purposes.
  • To prepare and distribute payroll in time bound and transparent manner.
  • To create a smooth communication channel between the management and the employees.
  • To plan and conduct employee engagement activities to ensure that we provide the best place to work.
  • To do proper man power planning, execute the Talent Acquisition process and ensure optimum staff level in all branches / departments always.
  • To do the Training need analysis, design training modules and provide training for all the employees depending on their job responsibility levels and taking into consideration the organization vision and mission.
  • Skills :

  • Post graduate in Business Management / Post graduate professional qualification.
  • English reading, comprehension and communication of a high order.
  • Computer awareness and usage skills with good typing speed.
  • Experience of 5 years or more in a similar role in a multi-national organization in Qatar.
  • Clear understanding of payroll process & Qatar labor law.
  • Excellent knowledge on HRIS usage.
  • Time and work management skills that ensure workload is managed and deadlines are met.
  • Knowledge of DBMS and ERP's is an added advantage.
