Minimum Requirements :
Must haveBachelor Degree
Must have 7 years relevantexperience
You will act as the point ofcontact among executives, employees, clients and other externalpartners
Manage information flow in a timelyand accurate manner
Manageexecutives’ calendars and set up meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly orquarterly reports
Oversee the performance of otherclerical staff
Act as an office manager by keeping upwith office supply inventory
Format information forinternal and external communication memos, emails,presentations, reports
Take minutes duringmeetings
Screen and direct phone calls and distributecorrespondence
Organize and maintain the office filingsystem
