Responsible for installing,maintaining, repairing, and servicing certain equipment andfacilities, including air conditioning systems and units,water-cooling systems, and refrigerators within client'

sown facilities, including those that operate all daylong.

Entails repairing and maintainingbuilding equipment as needed to ensure buildings or facilities arefunctioning properly.

Carries out generalrepairs and maintenance of machinery and equipment by diagnosingand troubleshooting special service problems following all buildingcodes, blueprints, instructions, and manuals.
